Another dofu dish - agedashi dofu, one of my favourite dishes that I usually order when we dine in Japanese restaurant. I finally made some myself today. It is a simple dofu dish served with amber sauce. I like the sauce very much, used extra sauce for toasted mochi.... oishii ne.
