Homemade roasted pork anyone? First attempt... did not remember the recipe correctly, result was okay. Actually I read the recipe almost a month ago, I made this today without reading it again... thought I still have the good memory (obviously I don't). Made a couple of mistakes... #1 did not core the meat, #2 did not marinate with sugar... bla... despite of mistakes I made, still managed to get this mouth watering look pork... not too bad though. By the way, this is the dish you may want to make only when you have decided to clean your oven.

Actually there are lots of nice rosted pork available in Sydney (where I was), but I was tempted to try it at home. I think this is one of the recipes that I would try only once... hated the cleaning part.
